Features: The owl symbolizes wisdom. To make great wine requires years of experience (thus wisdom) in winemaking. This experience was applied here. It is produced from the Chardonnay and Vidiano grape varieties and ages for six months in French oak barrels in order to obtain the pleasant rich aromatic profile and the thick mouthfeel profile that distinguishes it.
Chardonnay blends with Vidiano in an absolut harmonious combination with typical characteristics of both varieties. Ripe peach, yellow apple and bergamot zest to create a beautiful palate with refreshing acidity. Oak influenc is discreetly present with the taste of vanilla and freshly toasted bread. Full bodied with persistent long finish.
